Ice Spice is pictured fighting with someone who approached her at a McDonald's in a new video.

The footage shows someone approach the table where Ice Spice, whose real name is Isis Gaston, was sitting with a companion and eating, according to footage obtained by TMZ.

The woman attempts to sit down at the table, and the Grammy-nominated rapper appears to be telling her to go away. She pauses and then reaches out and hits Ice Spice, who fights back. As the alleged attacker is pulled away by an employee, Ice Spice walks on tables and booths, as the woman is removed from the eatery.

Footage taken outside shows Ice Spice smashing a phone, which the outlet reports belonged to someone the alleged attacker was with. While they are crossing the street, the two appear to come to blows again.

Ice Spice, who is 26, will be taking legal action in the incident, her lawyer, Bradford Cohen, told the outlet.

"The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly," Cohen said. "We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security."

Per TMZ, the woman in the video claimed that she slapped Ice Spice because she was rude to her and called her a "bitch."

EW has also reached out to the Los Angles Police Department to find out whether the artist filed a police report.

Ice Spice, who made her acting debut in the 2025 Denzel Washington movie *Highest 2 Lowest*, released her debut album, *Y2K!*, in 2024.
